1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your mobile phone case must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Received a defective or wrong product

If you receive a defective, damaged case or a different item then the invoice, please contact us immediately at admin@coralcase.ca. We will arrange an exchange for a perfect item once the defect/ fault has been verified. In such cases, Coral Case will bear the cost of return shipping. If we require the item to be returned for verification, you will be asked to provide a copy of the shipping invoice via email. Upon successful verification in your favor, the shipping cost will be reimbursed promptly.

3.2 Wrong Item Purchased

If you accidentally purchase the wrong phone case model and realize it after receiving your order, please do not open or use the product.

You may return it to us for an exchange under the following conditions:

4.⁠ ⁠Change of Mind & Non-Fault Returns

If you wish to return or cancel an order for reasons not related to product fault or our shipping error (e.g., change of mind, etc.), a 10% cancellation/restocking fee will be applied. In such cases, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your mobile phone case. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@coralcase.ca to obtain a return authorization. Once authorized, please securely package your mobile phone case and ship it to:

7. Condition of Returned Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria. If your mobile phone case is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we may reject the return or deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
