Please read the following before proceeding:

This exchange option applies only if the wrong model was purchased by the customer, not when Coral Case sent an incorrect item.

The small fee covers administration and handling costs for processing your exchange.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the incorrect product.

The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.

After purchasing this exchange item, please write your correct or expected phone case model clearly in the Order Note during checkout.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the correct case to you as soon as possible.
